1. Introduction and Scope
These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to every individual ("You", "User") who uses the VeroSet platform ("Platform", "VeroSet", "We") to share data and earn rewards. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and the accompanying Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, or have obtained permission from a legal guardian to use the Platform. You agree to provide accurate, complete registration information and keep it up to date.
3. Account and Security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access.
4. The Share-to-Earn Mechanism
The Platform lets you earn in two ways: (a) Passive data — anonymized behavioral signals such as browsing history and music taste, shared automatically with no active effort required; (b) Active data — completing specific Data Tasks (photos, videos, voice recordings) with GPS location captured for verification. Every active submission is automatically reviewed by our AI-Powered Validation system for quality, duplication, and fraud before being approved or rejected; administrators also retain the right to review and adjust this decision at any time.
5. Data Ownership and License Grant
By submitting Data (including but not limited to photos, videos, voice recordings, or passive behavioral data) through the Platform, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are the lawful owner of, or hold full rights to, that Data; (b) the Data does not violate any applicable law and does not infringe the privacy, copyright, or other legal rights of any third party; (c) you TRANSFER TO VeroSet full ownership, and the right to use, copy, modify, anonymize, aggregate, package into Data Packages, and license or resell that Data to third parties (Partners), worldwide, in perpetuity and irrevocably, effective as soon as the Data is approved by the system or an administrator (status APPROVED). Once approved and the corresponding reward has been credited to your account, you no longer have the right to request deletion, withdrawal, or restriction of that Data from any Data Package that has been or will be created from it.
6. Rewards and Payment
Each Data Task carries a fixed reward amount set by administrators and displayed publicly before you complete it. Rewards are only credited to your Available Balance once a submission is approved. If you submit multiple times at the same location within a short period, later submissions may not be rewarded as a fraud-prevention measure. You may request a withdrawal through supported methods; withdrawal requests are processed manually by an administrator.
7. Rejected Data and Fraud
We reserve the right to reject, flag, or claw back a reward already granted if we discover duplicate Data, spoofed GPS location, signs of automated (bot) fraud, or a violation of these Terms. If you believe a rejection was made in error, you may appeal; administrators may review the decision and retroactively grant the reward if the original decision is reversed.
8. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if we discover a violation of these Terms, fraud, or unlawful activity. You may request to close your account at any time; Data that was already approved and licensed to Partners prior to closure continues to be used under the license granted in Section 5.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, VeroSet is not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the Platform.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes will first be addressed through negotiation; if unresolved, they will be submitted to a competent court.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of those changes.
